What exactly does the compliance score measure?

Your copy is scanned against 13 documented rules drawn from Amazon listing policy, FTC endorsement and substantiation guidance, and Meta advertising standards — things like unverifiable ranking claims, invented review counts, health claims on unregulated products and false scarcity. Each match costs points by severity, so you see exactly which phrase triggered a flag and why. It catches the well-documented mistakes that get listings pulled, before you publish.

Does the free plan really stay free?

Yes. Five generations a day, every channel, the full compliance report, and one brand profile — with no card on file and no trial clock. Free outputs carry a small CopyForge line at the end; that is the only difference in the copy itself.

What counts as one generation?

Accepted Answer

One product, one channel. A single run returns the title, bullets, description, keywords, meta tags, ad variants and email copy for that channel together — that is one generation, not seven.

How do I pay from Pakistan?

Card payments go through Gumroad, which accepts Pakistani dollar cards as well as international Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Checkout shows you exactly which payment methods are available for your account.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Cancel from your payment provider and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Free automatically. Nothing is deleted — your history and brand profiles stay exactly where they are.

What is the refund policy?

If you have generated fewer than ten outputs, email us within seven days of paying and we refund in full, no questions. Past that, we do not refund a period you have used — but you can cancel any time and will not be billed again.

Do you train models on my product data?

Accepted Answer

No. Your inputs are sent to the model provider to produce your copy and are stored in your own account so you can find them again. They are never used to train a model, never shared with other customers, and you can delete any generation or your whole account at any time.

What happens if I hit the fair-use cap on an unlimited plan?

Accepted Answer

Pro and Agency carry a high monthly ceiling (2,000 and 10,000 generations) that exists only to stop a leaked credential draining the account. Genuine usage does not come close. If you need more, email us and we will raise it.
