By accessing or using CopyForge AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all input facts, product specifications, and copy generated using the Service.

CopyForge AI claims no ownership or copyright over the text, titles, descriptions, bullets, or metadata created by you through our platform.

The compliance score and risk flags provided by CopyForge AI are automated heuristics grounded in publicly available policies from Amazon, the FTC, and Meta.

Compliance scoring is NOT legal advice and does not guarantee that any marketplace or advertising platform will approve or maintain your listing. You are solely responsible for ensuring your published product copy complies with applicable laws and platform terms.

You agree not to use the Service for:

Generating deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful product copy.

Reverse engineering the application or scraping proprietary compliance heuristics.

Attempting to bypass daily generation limits or rate limits through automated multi-account exploitation.

Paid subscriptions renew on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via Dashboard > Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle with no retroactive charges.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for technical unavailability by reaching out to support.
